Delivery area and price

We offer free Standard Shipping throughout Canada. We currently ship to Canadian delivery addresses only and do not offer international delivery. There is no minimum purchase requirement for our free Standard Shipping.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping is estimated to take 4–6 business days. The normal total estimate is 5–8 business days from ordering to delivery; this is the combined estimate for processing and transit, not an additional stage or a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Busy periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions and other events can affect an estimate. If your delivery is delayed, contact us so we can help review its progress.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, shipment information is provided using the contact details on your order. Use any tracking link supplied with that information to check the shipment. If you have not received shipment information or need help locating tracking, contact us at support@reigningchampbnk.shop or 9052813201 with your order number.

Address changes and cancellation requests

Check your delivery address and contact details before placing the order. Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, item or quantity, or request cancellation. We will check whether the request can still be completed before dispatch and tell you the outcome. Once a shipment is in transit, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible; our return policy and your statutory rights remain available.

Delivery problems

For a delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered shipment, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate with the delivery service. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location and any safe-place notice, then contact us. Report damaged packaging or items and missing contents with any useful photographs. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate, without limiting applicable consumer rights.

Order totals and support
